The Avelum Partner carries on its activities in close coordination with the local self-administration bodies. A series of meetings with the local community representatives have been held, with a package of measures aimed at providing social assistance to the Emgekchil community being under development.
On May 1, 2022 a meeting for discussion of further operation of the Solton-Sary Mine was held with participation of representatives from Kyrgyzaltyn, Avelum Partner, local deputies, village council head, district governor deputy and law enforcement agencies. The subject of discussion included, inter alia, provision of social support to the local population in the form of regular transfer of funds in the equivalent of 1% of the sale proceeds for the benefit of the local community.
The parties are now making arrangements for signing a social support contract between the Company and the legal entity that will be in charge of administering the local community’s funds.
On April 12, 2025, as part of the Green Heritage national project and in support of the initiative of the Honourable President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Sadyr Nurgozhoevich Japarov, the employees of Avelum Partner organized an environmental community clean-up event in the village of Emgekchil, Naryn Region.
Representatives of the village administration, the district authorities, and residents also participated in the event. Together with the Avelum Partner team, 100 pine trees and 100 birch trees were planted, contributing to the green future of the region.
The clean-up event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere and concluded with a small flash mob. This initiative was fully aligned with the company’s principles of social responsibility and environmental awareness.
New Year Celebration for Children
On December 30, 2024, a New Year Celebration for Children Took Place at the Naryn Regional Academic Drama Theatre. The festive event was organized under the leadership of Mr. Nuruddin Soltanovich Madimarov, Head of the Naryn District State Administration. The celebration, dedicated to the upcoming New Year, was held especially for children from various communities across the region.
In total, 150 children took part in the holiday event, including high-achieving students, children from low-income and large families, orphans, and children with disabilities. The event brought joy, magic, and warm memories to the young participants, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and supported.
The New Year celebration was made possible with the support of Avelum Partner LLC, which contributed to organizing and hosting the event.
On December 16, 2024, Avelum Partner Provided Charitable Support to Low-Income Families in Emgekchil Village. As part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility, Avelum Partner extended support to low-income families residing in the village of Emgekchil. Understanding the challenges faced by vulnerable households during the harsh winter months, the company delivered one ton of coal to each of the selected families.
This initiative aimed to ensure that every household could stay warm and safe throughout the cold season, reflecting the company’s deep concern not only for the well-being of local communities but also for the environment.
The charitable event was met with gratitude from the residents and highlighted Avelum Partner’s dedication to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
As Part of the Social Infrastructure Development Program, Avelum Partner LLC Provided Sponsorship Support to the Village of Emgekchil. In its ongoing efforts to support local communities and enhance rural development, Avelum Partner LLC donated essential agricultural and construction equipment to the village of Emgekchil.
As part of this initiative, the village received a Howo dump truck and an excavator — vital machinery that will significantly contribute to the development of the local agricultural sector and improve infrastructure works.

On April 12, 2024, Representatives of Avelum Partner LLC and the State Enterprise “Kyrgyzaltyn” Held a Community Meeting in the Village of Emgekchil. On this day, representatives from Avelum Partner LLC and the state enterprise Kyrgyz-Altyn met with residents of Emgekchil village to engage in an open and constructive dialogue.
During the meeting, specialists from both organizations gave a joint presentation covering key topics such as environmental protection, the implementation of modern technologies, and social development issues. They also answered questions from the public, addressing concerns and offering insights into ongoing and future projects. As a result of the meeting, the residents of Emgekchil expressed their support for Avelum Partner and discussed potential ways to expand cooperation and continue working together toward the sustainable development of the region.
