As part of the Agreement, the Avelum Partner LLC, in its capacity as the project investor, has committed to provide full funding for the project, including the following:
- modernize the concentrator plant;
- construct a new tailings disposal area;
- develop the site infrastructure;
- performance of stripping work;
- construct a tailings processing line;
- Social support to the local community in the form of a voluntary payment of 20,000,000 soms irrespective of the products sold, not including 2% non-tax deductions to the local budget.
