Avelum Partner LLC is a subsidiary of the international holding company
Deccan Gold Mines Limited. "Avelum Partner" was registered on June 1, 2020 and was re-registered on February 8, 2022.
On December 20, 2021, a simple partnership agreement was concluded between Kyrgyzaltyn and Avelum Partner LLC. The agreement provides for cooperation on the comprehensive development of the Altyntor site of the Solton-Sary deposit with the processing of man-made formations (existing tailings and mountain dumps). At the same time, the share of Kyrgyzaltyn in the new partnership is determined at 17 percent, and the company Avelum Partner - 83 percent.
