Avelum Partner LLC announces a repeated request for commercial proposals for the services of special equipment with a crew for construction and mining work at the Solton-Sary mine in the Naryn region.

The subject of the request is the provision of services of special equipment with a crew to perform construction, mining and auxiliary work at the Solton-Sary mine in the Naryn region.
The duration of services is from 2 months with the possibility of extension by agreement of the parties. Operating mode of equipment: one or two shifts of 10 hours. Food, accommodation, travel, personal protective equipment for drivers and drivers and other personnel-related expenses are included in the price of the proposal.
An official form with a work schedule, cost, payment terms and estimate documentation.
The offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days.
The price must include taxes, duties, fees and other contractual costs.
The proposal is submitted in Russian and/or Kyrgyz languages.
Mobilization of equipment to the site - no more than 5 calendar days from the date of signing the contract or written notification of the start of work.
The Altyn Tor production site.
State registration on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
No debt on taxes and obligatory payments.
Equipment owned or on another legal basis: rent, leasing and other forms of ownership.
Qualified machinists and drivers of the relevant categories.
Occupational health and safety system, as well as responsible specialists.
Willingness to comply with environmental requirements when performing work.
The equipment must be technically sound, in working order and meet safety requirements. Year of manufacture - no earlier than 2020, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer.
The customer has the right to inspect the equipment before concluding a contract or before permission to work and reject units that do not meet the declared characteristics.

Certificate of state registration, charter of a legal entity, certificate of absence of debt and company details.
Vehicle registration certificates, technical passports, documents of ownership or legal possession, insurance policies and technical inspection documents.
Driver's licenses, driver's licenses, assignment orders and documents confirming the absence of medical contraindications to work in high altitude conditions.
Order on the appointment of a person responsible for occupational health and safety, instructions, briefing logs and certification protocols for engineering and technical workers.
Responsibility for industrial, environmental safety, occupational health and safety rests entirely with the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
If the equipment malfunctions, the Contractor is obliged to replace it with an equivalent one within 24 hours. Downtime due to the Contractor's fault is not paid; for untimely mobilization or downtime, a fine of 0.5% of the daily rental cost for each hour may be applied.
The Solton-Sary mine is a sensitive industrial facility. The Contractor provides lists of personnel for passes, provides induction training, compliance with security requirements and the availability of identification documents.
Personnel must have permission to work in mining conditions and undergo training.
Workers use hard hats, safety vests, overalls, safety shoes and other PPE.
Being in a state of intoxication, violating the speed limit, unauthorized changes in routes, and off-task work are prohibited on the territory.

Application deadline: March 27, 2026.
Participation means acceptance of all terms and conditions of the competition documentation. The customer has the right to reject all applications without giving reasons. Based on the results of the request, a rental agreement for special equipment with the crew is concluded.
