The report systematizes the work of Avelum Partner LLC with the village of Emgekchil of the rural administration of Min-Bulak: social support, infrastructure development, environmental initiatives and open dialogue with residents.
The report was prepared by representatives of the village of Emgekchil and describes the company’s contribution to the development of rural areas, the results achieved and the basis for further cooperation.
In 2024–2025, activities were aimed at improving the social situation of residents, environmental culture, conditions in educational institutions and supporting citizens in need.

Company representatives held meetings with the population, explained production and social work, answered questions about the environment, land and water resources, jobs and social packages. Residents' proposals were submitted to management for a joint decision.
