Employees and the local community

Avelum Partner LLC works closely with local authorities, holds meetings with local community activists and forms a set of measures to assist the village of Emgekchil.

The remaining 64 is calculated by subtracting the 135 employees hired from the mine branch from the total. Another five Kyrgyzaltyn employees are reported as participating in joint activities; the source does not define them as a separate share of the total.

Working conditions

Food and living conditions have been improved for workers, personal protective equipment, uniforms and bedding have been purchased. Work is underway to create recreational facilities and cultural and leisure events. The average salary increased by 70%, along with it, payments to the social fund and income tax increased.

Meeting with the local community

On May 1, 2022, at a meeting of representatives of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC, Avelum Partner, local kenesh, aiyl okmotu, district administration and law enforcement agencies, the further work of the plant and social support in the form of payment of 1% of the proceeds of sold products were discussed.
